NUESTRA VISION/OUR VISION
Somos un grupo de personas y familias de diferentes trasfondos culturales unidos en el amor de Dios que buscan compartir una nueva vida en Jesucristo, crecer en madurez, servir a la gente y vivir vidas saludables, glorificando a Dios en todo.
We are a group of persons and families from different cultural backgrounds united in the love of God who look for sharing a new life in Jesus Christ, growing up in maturity, serving to people and living healthy lives, glorifying God in everything.
NUESTRA MISIÓN/OUR MISSION
Nuestro propósito es conectar con las familias hispanas, ayudarles a que sean parte de la familia de Dios, guiarlos a crecer en madurez, y capacitarlos para servir a las personas en su necesidad, de tal manera que magnifiquen a Dios en todo el mundo.
Our purpose is to connect to the Hispanic families, help them to be part of the family of God, guide them to grow up in maturity, and train them to serve people in their needs, in such a way they magnify God in the world.
Nuestra misión como ministerio hispano cubre cuatro áreas de crecimiento… Our mission as an Hispanic ministry covers four facets of growing…
1. Crecimiento interior/Inward growing
Existimos para crear un ambiente de amor y compañerismo donde aprendemos a compartir nuestras experiencias de vida y buscar a Cristo dondequiera que nos encontremos (Juan 15:2; Hechos 2:42, 46-47; Romanos 12:9-10)
We exist to create an environment of love and fellowship where we learn to share our life experiences, and seek to share Christ wherever we are (John 15:12; Acts 2:42, 46-47; Romans 12:9-10)
2. Crecimiento exterior/Outward growing
Es nuestra responsabilidad servir a las personas en necesidad que viven sin esperanza, y mostrarles que Jesús cambia las vidas de una manera integral: en lo spiritual, en lo emocional, y en lo físico (Mateo 10:7-8; Lucas 4:16-19; Juan 13:14-15)
It’s our responsibility to serve people in need who live without hope and show them that Jesus changes lives entirely: spiritually, emotionally, and physically (Matthew 10:7-8; Luke 4:16-19; John 13:14-15)
3. Crecimiento relacional con Dios/Relational growing with God
Como familia de Dios tenemos un gran privilegio: reconocer a Dios por lo que El es, y una gran responsabilidad: buscarle en oración y sobrellevar los unos las cargas de los otros (Salmos 118:1; Juan 17:20-21; Gálatas 6:2)
As a family of God we have a great privilege: acknowledging God for who He is; and a great responsibility: seeking Him in prayer and bearing the burdens of each other (Psalms 118:1; John 17:20-21; Galatians 6:2)
4. Crecimiento relacional con nuestro prójimo/Relational growing with our neighbor
Creemos que en la comunidad donde vivimos, y en todo el mundo, hay personas sin esperanza y sin propósitos de vida. Por tal razón respondemos al llamado de Dios de ir hacia adelante, comunicando a las personas quienes somos, que creemos, y hacia dónde vamos como cristianos (Mateo 9:36; Hechos 4:18-20; Romanos 1:16-17)
We believe that in the community where we live and in the whole world there are persons without hope and with no life purpose. For such a reason, we respond to God’s call to go onward, communicating to persons who we are, what we believe, and where we go as Christians (Matthew 9:36; Acts 4:18-19; Romans 1:16-17)
