Local Mission Projects
Purple (Mercy Mission) House is a day shelter located at 3501 Stone School Road in Ann Arbor that provides food, clothing, laundry, and showers for the homeless community. Our Mission Team routinely coordinates the preparation and service of evening meals at the Purple House. If you would like more information about participating in the extension of mercy and hospitality to the homeless of our Ann Arbor community, please email the Mission Team.
Operation Christmas Child -- Partnering with Samaritans's Purse and thousands of churches across the nation, we collect small gift items all year in anticipation of packing shoe boxes in October to bless children around the world with the gospel message. In 2016 we packed 1,024 boxes! Check your weekly bulletin to see what we're collecting this month or follow CCBC Shopping for Missions on Facebook.

Holiday Food Baskets -- Partnering with local schools, we bless families with everything they need for a nice Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. Our church provides the meat, church members bring all the trimmings, and then we deliver the meals a few days before the holiday.
The Gideons -- We open our facilities for the Gideons to use on the day of their annual "Bible Blitz" to the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, and the greater Ann Arbor community.
